Founded by Zebedëus Strijbosch, Oxvillage Studio emerged from a life shaped by creativity, raw emotions, and a deep connection to art. Born in the OLVG on the Prinsengracht, Zebedëus brings his story full circle, creating a concept from the very place where he first opened his eyes. From a young age, he painted in the basement atelier of his grandmother, surrounded by artistic inspiration, while his grandfather, Wim Strijbosch, made his mark as a prominent figure in the early modern art scene of the 1960s. His mother further nurtured his passion, taking him to museums where he fell in love with Renaissance painters and historic architecture.

Based and rooted in Amsterdam, Zebedëus bridges abstract art and design through elements from times past and present inspiration. His collections come to life through vibrant colors, diverse materials, and special techniques, creating a harmonious dialogue between history and modernity.
